Sion Jones Commercials are not able to introduce regulated clients to any kind of broker / lender as this is an act of credit broking and is regulated by the FCA where the client is a sole trader, individual, or small partnership.

Our Role
Sion Jones Commercials Ltd is an independent commercial vehicle dealership. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not provide credit, arrange credit or carry out credit broking. Where a customer is unregulated for FCA purposes (typically a UK limited company or larger partnership), we may introduce them to an FCA-authorised finance broker, who handles the application end to end with their own lender panel.
We cannot introduce sole traders, individuals or small partnerships to a finance broker or lender. Doing so would constitute a regulated activity (credit broking) that we are not authorised to carry out.
Our Services
- Source the right commercial vehicle for your business
- Provide indicative pricing and explain the different finance routes available
- For unregulated customers, introduce you to an FCA-authorised finance broker who will handle your finance application
- Coordinate vehicle preparation, racking, livery and delivery
- Manage communication between you, the broker (where applicable) and the supplying dealer
- Provide ongoing aftercare and support on the vehicle itself
Commission
If a finance agreement is completed through the FCA-authorised broker we introduce an unregulated customer to, we may receive an introducer fee from that broker. Any such fee is paid by the broker and is not added to your finance agreement or charged to you directly.
You have the right to ask us, or the broker, for details of any introducer fee or commission in connection with your agreement.
Finance Partner
Where we make an introduction, finance applications are arranged by an FCA-authorised finance broker who works with a panel of lenders. The broker is responsible for assessing the application, comparing lender options and recommending a suitable agreement. Sion Jones Commercials Ltd is not party to that regulated activity.
